Podere Le Costolaie, located in Sarteano, was chosen by renowned American chef Rachael Ray as her Italian residence.

Inside, among the creations, the following stand out:

• A high-impact professional kitchen, conceived as the true heart of the home.
• A travertine staircase leads to the upper floor, where the private suite is located, complete with living room, bedrooms, and a second kitchen.
• A double-sided fireplace that unites two rooms in a single, warm and inviting atmosphere.

Particular care was devoted to the construction of the scenic swimming pool, built with a reinforced concrete structure supported by 10-metre-deep piles, featuring an infinity edge, side lounging areas, and travertine cladding. The pool, finished in resin, has been enhanced with artistic graffiti, sealed and protected with a transparent resin coating.

Outdoors, dry-stone walls, reclaimed stone paving, and rocky areas with gargantuan boulders were created to seamlessly integrate the garden into the surrounding natural landscape.

The stone façades of all the buildings were thoroughly cleaned, the joints fully stripped, and the entire surface carefully re-grouted using specific restoration mortars.
