Since 2006, the Nannini company is dedicated to the restoration and enhancement of this extraordinary complex. As these are prestigious buildings, protected by the Fine Arts and intended for luxury stays, weddings, and events, the interventions demand precise scheduling, careful selection of materials, and meticulous restoration of the existing structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fa\u00e7ades of the historic villa<\/strong>, finished with lime plaster and breathable paint, effectively resolving issues of rising damp and lateral moisture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Building roofs<\/strong>, featuring complete or partial replacement of wooden structures and brickwork, using recycled materials to maintain the original appearance.
